Both our mares, Sugar, and Monkey, are purebred Lusitanos of the Veiga and Andrade lines. The Viega horses, in particular are noted for being attentive and willing and are often bred for bullfighting. Both of our Lusitano mares are descendants of the following exceptional stallions: Agareno, Que-Ba, Sultao, Lidador, Bailador, Universo, and Firme. Their sire, Dilatado, is a retired bullfighting horse from Portugal.
